All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products, all orders are final and non-refundable once placed.

Each paint kit is prepared and assembled specifically for each customer after an order is received. Because of this made-to-order process, we are unable to accept cancellations, returns, refunds, or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to:

  Incorrect product selection
  
• 
  Shipping delays
  
• 
  Personal circumstances
  
• 
  Customer ordering errors
  

Damaged or Opened Packages

Our kits contain art materials and individually prepared components, and once shipped they cannot be resold or restocked.

For this reason, we do not offer refunds, replacements, or returns, including in cases where:

  Packaging is damaged during shipping
  
• 
  Boxes are opened during delivery
  
• 
  Items are marked as delivered by the shipping carrier
  

We carefully package all orders to minimize the possibility of shipping damage.

Shipping Responsibility

Once an order has been shipped and transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery responsibility transfers to the carrier. We are not responsible for:

  Lost packages
  
• 
  Carrier delays
  
• 
  Packages marked as delivered
  
• 
  Damage caused during shipping
  

Customers are encouraged to contact the shipping carrier directly regarding any delivery issues.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We cannot issue refunds or replacements for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge and agree to this No Refund / No Return Policy and understand that all purchases are final.
